Can not sync multiple sets

We required 3 boxes to go around our whole house. What is not clearly stated in the instructions is that you must use a separate power plug for each set! This results in having to run multiple cords around your house. But wait it gets WORSE! There is absolutely no way to sync all the lights together. Even if you set the exact same effect to start at the same time they will not be in sync. Biggest waste of time and money.

The install is relatively easy, they say to install at 35cm increments, but I found 38cm (on centre) leave less of a droop between lights.
The problem is that they only give you one extension, and no Y connector.
ALSO, if you find yourself 2 strings (15 feet each) short, and you drag yourself back to the store to get another box of lights, YOU CANNOT ADD ANY MORE STRINGS TO THE FIRST STRING! So now I need to run an extension cord to the other side of my house, and hide another controller, just for 2 strings. Now I have 70’ of useless lights because I had to waste the controller on my last 2 strings.
Does NOMA sell the controller, extension, or even a Y separately? No, no they do not.
Maybe spend the extra for Govee?

Supplied installation items are substandard

The lights were good quality but the screws supplied for installation were not adequate. So you need to get proper ones and drill out the holes to accommodate them. At the end of each string there is a along piece that doesn't lend itself to consistent spacing. You have to tuck the excess wire up somewhere. The little clamps were very hard to work with for the same reason - small screws along with a very small piece of plastic. Other than that they are a good product and are working well so far.

Great looking lights!

Fairly easy to install. Screws were kinda small but it worked, a little bigger would be better. Lights click in and out of the holders easily. The app works great and the lights look awesome. The real test will be when it gets cold, from Manitoba here. We’ve installed LED Christmas lights before that worked good until -15 then all quit. Hope these ones don’t die in the cold cause really like them! I’ll update if they fail

Q : One of the answers states that multiple sets of this light can be "grouped" together and controlled as one. I have 2 independent sets of lights (6 n 6) and they must be controlled separately (Custom colors must be setup per set and don't always match :(

Select “Create Group” from the menu, then use the “+” button to add the light strings. After adding all light strings, save the configuration and name the group. Q : The controller box mic is very weak (or doesn't work on 3 strings). They work using my phone mic but the beat is out of sync. Is there a controller I can add or a better compatible app for better music sync?
