Great, simple, sturdy, quiet machine

Its a great machine, I weigh 290 and its whisper quiet, no creaks, it actually has a shorter movement circle so I found 20min on this got me sweating compared to my old one, and I burn more calories in 20min, around 190
Screen is simple, no fancy led screen and bleeps and bloops but I like it

Works great but won’t turn off

Right out of the box the screen won’t turn off. I need to unplug it to turn the screen off. Having trouble getting in contact with the manufacturer to get someone out to repair it.

If the pedals do not move for several seconds, a series of tones will sound, the console will pause, and the time will flash in the display. If the pedals do not move for several minutes, the console will turn off and the display will be reset.

Very happy with the machine

I brought the machine a few weeks ago, I had it delivered, the moving guys were very nice. I did put it together myself, took me about 15-20 minutes including reading the how to. I am very happy with it and ..............wow............such a great price.

We bought this elliptical about 9 months ago, 7 months ago it developed a clicking noise with every revolution that became louder and more pronounced. We stopped using it as the noise has become too loud and we are concerned continued use will cause damage. I submitted this to Icon (the warranty provider) 1.5 months ago with a description and video for them. I received a response today that they have closed the file without offering any solution, repair, explanation or even any mention of my problem. I’m now unsure of what avenues are left to have this warranty issue addressed as the provider has been non responsive. All the while my elliptical has been unusable. I do not recommend this product.

Decent product for home user with basic requirements

We bought it at clearance price over a month ago. The box was big and HEAVY at 83kg or almost 183lb, so we rented an appliance trolley in order to securely strap and carry it off the rental trailer into our home. Perhaps because it is designed to be foldable, most of the unit came pre-assembled. The instructions for assembling the two floor bars, the swing handlebars and the tablet holder (the only parts requiring assembly) were probably written with an engineer's mindset (i.e, not very easily comprehensible for lay people) but the assembly work itself was intuitive and simple. There is a little bit of whirling sound from the flywheel occasionally when exercising, which is hardly surprising because it's all moving parts, after all; in fact, I hardly notice it when focused on exercising, even without music being played through the machine's speakers. This is not a very sophisticated machine, without some of the modern bells and whistles that some may crave, but for carrying out simple exercise routines at home with convenience this should quite suffice.
