Broke in first two weeks of use

"After my third time using this elliptical the entire left pedal section fell off because the bolt holding it together became stripped along with the part it was connected to. If it was just the bolt I could probably order the part but since the other part that is stripped is connected to the mainframe of the elliptical I'm pretty much hooped"
Had this exact problem with mine as well... Will be returning ASAP!

Pas très bon pour une utilisation régulière

Nous avons acheté ce produit et en l'utilisant 50 minutes par jour 5 jours semaine, il n'a pas duré très longtemps sans commencé à être très bruyant. Ce matin, les boulons ont dévissé par eux même et voilà que mon élliptique est déjà brisé... vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher ou à la limite acheter usager.
Non, Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

After my third time using this elliptical the entire left pedal section fell off because the bolt holding it together became stripped along with the part it was connected to. If it was just the bolt I could probably order the part but since the other part that is stripped is connected to the mainframe of the elliptical I'm pretty much hooped... I have contacted the manufacturer but haven't heard back yet. I doubt I will be reimbursed or anything... I just figured I'd share this review so others can avoid this product. Honestly, one always has to remember that if you buy something cheap.. there is a higher possibility that it may not last very long. Anyway, it is a very frustrating situation but I've learned my lesson. When it comes to products like fitness equipment I encourage others to go for higher quality rather than buy the cheapest type available. *Also, it looks like I'm not alone in this situation. Other reviewers on this site are stating that they've had similar issues with this product.

so frustrated!!!

Just bought this elliptical tonight. Started putting it together and the tension dial is broke. it will only go down to 1 1/2 completely skip 2 and will not go long enough to even be connected to the other part of the wire. Now i have a box full of plastic and cardboard. I had someone help to deliver it. there are no more at the store and i am not happy!

Made cheap!! Company Does not care!

I owned this product for 9 days....used it day 1 &2....Day 2 I was on it and the fell off of it as it brook. My husband put it together so it was not loose! I e-mailed the company that made this and told them what parts I needed.. I then replied back to their e-mail with my address. 2 days later I called and spoke to the supervisor to see what was happening as they did not say if they were going to send the parts! He told me that they were already on the way to me. With new parts in hand, I thought that I was ready to go again. Nope...It still would not work so I returned it ALL to the store.
There was no apology form the supervisor who I dealt with, from the company. Canadian Tire, on the other hand, was very kind and easy to deal with!
