Not sure how this one is the best seller

But this two months ago finally bought a different one. But the bowl stays empty, even if the jug is full. I'm also adding water by a cup.

It might be possible this product was damaged in-store or in-transit, as the bowl should not remain empty with a full jug. You need to sell replacement tops

I bought 2 years ago. It has held up well. I have 3. But, the clear portion cracked on one. I need to replace the top portion. I do not want to throw away the lower portion -that would be wasteful. To make thus a 5 star rating your company needs to make replacement parts. Thank you.

Horrible. Don't waste your money.

As many others have said here and on countless other sites like Amazon, etc... There are major flaws in the design of this product, all of which make it far more frustrating than it's worth. The feed ramp is designed poorly so that barely any food actually drops all the way down into the bowl area. That and the two halves of the bottom section separate way too easily so it falls apart and spills the food all over the place just from it getting bumped a little too much. Customers have been complaining about these same issues for years, and nothing has been done. I can't imagine how a company can be so unbelievably bad at their core business.

Doesn't work!

Doesn't work. I literally have to shake the food down 2-3 times a day. I don't need to do this with a regular feeding bowl. Do not buy! This product is trash.

Thank you for your feedback on the Lebistro gravity feeder. If the food morsels being used are too large to fully drop down it may create a greater chance of getting caught up in the dispenser. While we have tested with multiple sizes and types of pet food due to the variety of food morsels available in the marketplace it is possible that we were unable to test with the specific food that you are using. We will be passing along your feedback to our product engineers for further evaluation and review of your comments.

The top didn't fit

The top didn't fit. In fact, it split when I tried to press it onto the feeder. Fortunately, I had an old top that fit perfectly.
