Love my fireplace but cover very flimsy

We have had this for a bit and love it!!! However, cover was very flimsy and I have been everywhere looking for a cover and can't find one. For the price you would expect better quality for cover as it recommends you cover it when not in use...which I did....

Like others buyers, item was damaged

Much like other reviewers noted, the fireplace came with one side of the faux brick pedestal smashed in. We decided to return it for refund for fear that the item won't hold up over time, and that a replacement would have suffered the same fate. It's a heavy item to haul home, only to find it's unusable.
Perhaps the manufacturer should consider not packing the lava rocks between the outer box and pedestal. Otherwise it seemed well packed.

Rust Quickly

We bought this a few months ago and were very excited. It was always covered..... This is how it looks after about 2 months on our deck...We paid a lot of money for this and I am VERY disappointed.

Don't waste your money

I was so excited to get this home and try it out. It never even made it out of the box. We started taking the wrapping off and my husband said its cracked. It was cracked from one end to the other you could tell the fake bricks were not made very well. It's decoration and paper thin. Item is way too heavy to have these fake paper thin bricks. So disappointing. When I returned the employee said it was the 3rd one returned this week for same reason. We did not get another.
