I have been lookin for something to scout out and fish the small lakes in the area. A kayak would be too constricting. I am 6'1" 250 lbs-this little craft gives me ample room ( I would not take anyone else with me) is stable, does not sink when filled with water. a five pound "dumbbell" works great as an anchor. Plan on stowing gear in floating sealed bucket over the side-once I am in the Sea craft not much room for anything else, two people could if both sat sideways with feet over the side...for my needs this is great--I would have bought the sea crest 3 if I had seen it on the shelf but its wasn't there when I got this. Minimal investment--oars, PDF, safety kit, and this craft for slightly under $150.00--so far quite happy with the purchase--keeping in mind-i want to explore small lakes- and was concerned with weight--I can carry this with one hand--
