I bought this heater when I first time come to Toronto in 13 years ago. It is really WARM my heart. Never got problems. Good quality. Thank you for producing this amazing product for the cold weathers.

Great little heater!

Gets the room nice and toasty! Pumps heat and has and powerful fan to move the heat outwards instead of some that just let the head radiate. I have had this for 6+ years and other than the bottom “lift/tip sensor” being finicky, it has been amazing.

Very short life

We bought the heater 2 years ago for use in our RV. It was used approx. 6 times for only a couple of hours each time and then it died. JUNK

Garrison oscillating electric heater

I purchased this unit approximately 3 years ago. It looks good, is quiet, has 2 speeds and oscillates. Most importantly, it gives off great heat. However I have to give this a fail. I have probably used this heater for 4-5 hours in total. Today it is dead. I tried various electrical outlets in the house, only to find the heater is at fault. It looks brand new, however no longer does it have a red light, quiet fan, or any heat. If it only lasts a short period of time, what good is it to anyone? FAIL

R : There is no thermostat on it, it is just a Low to High dial. Basically you just adjust it to your comfort level.

R : This Ceramic heater is not be applicable to a large uninsulated sunroom. This heater is designed for insulated rooms as supplementary heating and not the only source of heat for that area. It can heat up insulated rooms from 300-500 square feet.

R : No Teflon was used in the production of this heater. As for the heater being safe for a pet bird, we do not have this information because the heater has not been tested for birds.

Q : Can the air intake filter on the back of the unit be removed to clean? I no longer have the owner's manual for this product, which I bought 2 years ago, and want to know if it's safe for me to remove the back filter screen and clean it as it's full of dust.

R : There is a filter located at the back of the heater. The filter is locked in place by one screw. Unscrew and you will be able to remove the filter. Flush and clean with water. Let the filter dry before placing it back to the heater. Use the screw to secure filter onto the heater.
