Beau et pratique

Nous avons acheté ces carreaux la semaine dernière (il y avait un solde en cours). Ils sont super faciles à installer. L’eau s’infiltrait dans notre gazebo mais se ne sera plus un problème car l’eau va pouvoir s’évaporer. En plus, c’est beau!

Il est recommandé de les installer sur une dalle de béton lisse. • Prévoir une légère pente pour l’évacuation des eaux pluviales +/- 1cm. • Ne pas installer sur un sol meuble ou humide (pelouse ou terre), une source de rétention d’eau qui va accélérer la dégradation du bois. Nettoyage 1 2 3 • Laver à l’aide d’un chiffon doux légèrement humide. Garantie limitée de 1 an • Il est de la responsabilité du client de s’assurer que le produit et son usage sont conforme. • Ne pas utiliser de détergents, solvants ou nettoyants à base d’alcool. • Pour la saleté incrustée, utiliser un produit adapté au bois huilé. Protéger et nourrir le bois • Les tuiles sont pré-huilées pour une meilleure résistance à l’humidité. • Il est recommandé de procéder à un huilage dès l’installation et à chaque début de saison. • Appliquer un nouvel entretien dès que le bois semble sec au toucher. • Utiliser uniquement des huiles pour bois extérieurs sans solvant. • Ne jamais utiliser de brosse métallique ni de nettoyeur haute pression. Q : can these be installed over concrete that has a floor drain? i.e.: lower ground floor outdoor porch with floor drain, rainwater drains at this level from steps down. wondering about flow of water under the tiles and if they will impede draining?

Like other type of wood used to build a patio, the wood needs to be treated periodically and/or as needed depending on the location (full sun) or application (lot of traffic).
