I hated this product because of broke right when I first got it. I wanted to reverse the spinner and I did and I broke and would not work again. This product sucks because I made my daughters sad because it’s not working correctly. But the spray bottle is a great and fun feature they loved playing with it/

Super cute idea. I had something similar when I was a kid and loved it. It's definitely not going to create masterpieces and it's a bit pricey for what it is, but its cute and the kids like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old daughter had a GREAT time with Pottery Cool Studio. It is really messy, but great fun. We found the more water you use, the better and easier the clay is to work with. Awesome that there are several clays to use to make different items- so it isn't a one time deal. The colored paints are very bright and colorful. I would highly recommend this item for any kid that loves the arts, and loves to get messy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is 8 and loves all things crafts. As you can imagine, we were excitedly waiting for The Pottery Cool Studio to arrive! The first thing we noticed was how well packaged the Pottery Cool Studio is. All the tools were separate, the clay is packed individually in discs, paints come in two handy trays, there is a a good instructions booklet, and the actual studio base was sturdier than we expected. This is no toy. It's a real pottery studio designed with kids in mind. The first project we tried was the turtle dish. At first I have to admit that we found shaping the clay difficult. The trick is to keep it really moist. Once we got the hang of it, it became easier to shape it. The instructions are clear and I appreciated some of the diagrams showing you exactly what to do. My daughter was so excited once we finished shaping the turtle. There's real satisfaction in seeing it take shape even if we had to wait another day for it to dry. We left the turtle drying and we were off to do the next project, the Jewelry box. Again, we found the initial shaping difficult. This is the part where younger kids will definitely need assistance. Just like with the turtle, once you start molding the clay it becomes easier to shape. After two projects my daughter was still not ready to be done with the Studio, so we capped the evening with the Dog picture holder. We had an easier time with this one and my daughter had a blast making the additional parts. 24 hours later we were ready to paint. This was actually my Daughter's favorite part. The paints come in two very handy paint trays, and I have to say they are amazing! They are bright metallic and very colorful! We are used to kids paints that are usually watered down, but these paints really brought our creations to life. It was another awesome evening spent just decorating all the pieces we had made the day before, and the results actually exceeded our expectations! We came out with 3 really cute projects and two evenings worth of fun. We saw that there are additional kits you can buy with more clay and new projects. I really hope Pottery Cool Studios adds a lot more projects. The possibilities are really endless and I would also love to see some projects that are geared to boys as well. Pros: - High quality Studio - Great instructions - Amazing Paints - Really is a lot of fun! Cons: - Can be hard to start the molding. Younger kids and those with little patience will definitely need help - Must wait 24 hours for it to fully dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this item is a pretty cool activity to spend time with your kids to help them with their creativity. The only problem is how messy it is and clean up is a lot of work. Overall I would recommend this product to others for arts and crafts as long as they understand that it is messy and you need to have the patience to mold your item and wait for it to dry before you can even paint it.
