Got this for my birthday from my father, love it a lot. Good audio, somewhat comfortable, and locks in really well. The only thing that I don’t like is that it will eventually start breaking after a bit.

Is there any way to change the sound quality

Just got these. Sound quality is not very good. High treble no bass. These are not listed on the JBL app. Wondering if there was a way to change the sound settings. Other than that they would be very good.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You can try downloading a 3rd party equalizer app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store to adjust the treble and bass settings of our JBL Endurance JUMP.

auto shutoff feature

the sound is nice, and also design is perfect, but this auto power off feature is so irritating, is there a way to turn this off? such an annonying feature

We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. Our JBL Endurance JUMP has an auto-shut-off that can't be disabled. This is mainly to save battery power when the unit is not playing anything. You will have to keep on playing music on your source device if you don't want it to shut off. We're always looking for ways to improve so we'll make sure to submit your feedback to the right department.

Poorly designed!

1 - The earpiece needs to be adjustable. When I put the earpiece behind my ear, the bud sat below my lobe.
2 - The earbud sits at a 45-degree angle, the clerk said it was designed to make the earbud fit in and be snug but on my ears in order to make the earbud fit, I had to turn it at a 45-degree angle and have the ear part stick out like mickey mouse ears. If the ear bud swiveled, at least I could have adjusted it.
3 - The strap that goes in the back of the head did not reach to my neck rather it sat just under the occipital bone which would be okay if I was bald.
4 - With the earbuds in the way I had to put them in to make them fit into my ears, the strap across the back of the head was not long enough, so, I would only be able to use one bud at a time.
5 - For the price, you would think that the item would not be one size fits all and would be able to adjust to fit everyone.

I generally like these. One element that is frustrating is when they auto-shut off. When paused to speak with someone, they shut off after 5 minutes of inactivity. This in itself is fine, except the only way to reactivate them is to remove from the ear, nest with the cord, then reinsert into the ear. There has to be a better way to power them on while wearing.

R : I have also been experiencing this issue. They were perfect for month and now I almost have to jam them into my ears and hold them to get proper volume (even at max volume). I bought a pack of different ear tips and am still having the issue every single time. I would recommend trying different tips first, but I am going to have to contact JBL about mine. It is disappointing because I do love these headphones - when I can hear out of them.
