This heavy steel unit will last a lifetime. Large bed with baked-on finish, large pneumatic tires, heavy-duty rear castor wheels. Highly recommended.

I bought this hand truck in 2009 and use it all the time for everything imaginable that has to be moved especially when you don't have any help.
Plus people borrow it when they move and say it's very handy and sturdy.
I just put it in the 4 wheel platform mode and I can move a TV.Heavy Boxes Etc.by myself.The Solid Platform is especially handy for odd size objects.
I've had no problems with it except a flat tire when I picked up a nail in a parking lot.So I just bought a new tube for $4.99 and fixed it myself.(I coulda bought a repair kit for $2.99 but seeing as a new tube was so cheap I went that way).
I recommend this dolley over any of the others if you want 1 that's going to last and is easy to use.!!!

Very impressed by the strength and quality of this cart. My old cart which was also convertible to flat or standing wasn't nearly as strong or reliable as this one.... it's the yellow and black "ultra steel" cart that just didn't stand up to much use at all.
The convenience of the solid back/base, for boxes or items that might have fallen through the open rails on another cart has been handy for boxes or items of odd size. I got an old sofa out of my place with this cart, on my own, for how strong it was and how easily it managed a big item like that.

Muscle Truck

My wife had accumulated about 5 large garbage bags filled with old cloths in our balcony. Wth the weight and awkward size of each bag, no one would seem to take the task to get rid of even a bag (let alone all of them) until I got this truck. Using the flatbed configuration, I was able to haul all bags out of our building in just two trips. Big help !
Nicely buit and if this have a break feature on it to keep it from rolling when you are in unlevel or inclined grounds, I'd give it a 6 stars.

Great Quality

Finally a good quality hand truck, decent welds and everything seems to fit together very well. Very smooth operation and easy to convert from a dolly to a truck. The solid, one-piece back is vey useful if hauling small, heavy parts.

R : Based on my experience, I would say that the assembly is pretty basic. You just need a few simple tools and if you know what it should look like you can intuitively put it together.

R : The surface is painted steel which means is has great strength but very limited grip. We would recommend using 60-0503. It has significantly more grip on the surface than 60-0524 and it is lower to the ground so anything that might fall off has a shorter distance to fall.
