Durable cooler that won't quit

Bought this cooler in 2016 and, aside from having to replace the spigots due to wear and tear, this has been a faithful water cooler for my family. I've moved this cooler over 6000km between 5 different addresses and my family uses about 20-24 jugs of water a month. What more could I want? I see other reviews about people having internal leaking issues but I have luckily never had that problem. Just the spigot levers breaking after 4+years of service which was a $20 order from the manufacturer.

Leaked on Hardwood Floor

My wife and I were so excited to get this cooler based on it's reviews.
We had a cheaper water cooler for 8 years until it started leaking from the rubber seal where the bottle meets the cooler so we decided to try out this "commercial grade" cooler assuming that it would last at least as long.
Well 2 weeks and 2 x 18 litre bottles later it suddenly started leaking.
My wife and I left for work and came home about 9 hours later and there was a mini-flood on our cherry hardwood floors and the cooler bottle had maybe 2 litres left in it. I shone a flashlight at the back and sure enough, the water was dripping at a steady rate from somewhere around the cold water faucet but on the inside of the unit.
Damage to the floor is visible but unknown. From this day forward we will only be purchasing the ones where the water bottle sits underneath.
Just can't buy quality anymore regardless of the claims made...

excellent cold and hot water dispenser

I just bought this product for a week, I like it very much. It is well designed and functioning well. It seems just missing the top part to cover the opening when we open the box, but we are OK since we do not really need that part.

This dispenser works like a charm and is a pleasure to use. The cooling system runs very quietly and provides refreshingly cold water at the push of the spigot paddle. The spigot paddle dispensing system is very easy and convenient to use. The safety feature on the hot water is well thought out and effective, especially when the unit is accessible to children. Enjoying an anytime cup of coffee (either instant or drip) is amazing and an instant cup of oatmeal for that warming breakfast is most enjoyable in the morning. Instant soup is another wonderful option for a hearty lunch and steeping a teabag in a cupful of hot water helps one make it through the day. The exterior of the unit is easy to clean and the drip tray is extra deep to prevent messes on the floor. This is a good value for both the home and the office. So far this has been a good value for the money.

R : When the hot water is turned on it should take about 15-20 minutes for the water to heat up. If the cooler is in an abnormally cold location it might take 5-10 minutes longer to reach full temperature.

R : - If you are just moving the unit a few feet and not going to be tipping it over there is no need to empty the tanks. - If you need to move it to an entirely new location and need to lay it down for a bottle top cooler: remove the bottle, turn off the hot water switch in the back (‘O’ pushed in), drain the cold water tank through the cold faucet and drain the hot tank from the drain in the middle of the back of the cooler. For a water line cooler: turn off the water supply, disconnect the supply line and drain like a bottle top cooler. After setting up in the new location reconnect the water line and turn on the supply or put the bottle back on top and let both tanks fill. Let the cooler set for about an hour before plugging in and turning on the hot water switch.
