Timer display does not count down even though the instructions said it should. Lid not secure. Would not recommend or buy again.

Used To Be Well Made, No Longer

Two in a row purchased and both did not work properly right out of the box first time. My original unit worked great for many years until it died but the new ones are absolute junk. The first one the temp could not be set, it ran on high only and the timer did not work. Took it back, exchanged it and the second the timer quit working after 2 1/2 hours and woild not turn off. Two pieces of junk back to back. Took it back for a refund and will look at other brands to try.

Faulty Control

Have the same experience as others, timer didn't work after 4 times of using it. Can't return to the store as I no longer have the receipt. Only have it for a few months. I wonder what "Tested" means.

- Traduire avec GoogleR : Contrary to the answer from the Canadian Tire team, NO it cannot! The reason for this is food safety. Raw food (especially meats) should not be left out at room temperature for any length of time. This is why slow cookers are not “start time” programmable, only length of cooking time. Food can be prepared ahead of time in the crock and kept in the fridge until ready to start cooking, then placed in the slow cooker and started right away. This is even explained in the user manual that came with mine (same brand, different model). The programming method for this model is explained in the user manual which can be downloaded from the products listing page above (scroll down to “resources”), where it only refers to programming the start time.il y a un anUtile?
