What the photos in the instructions don't tell you is that you need to pretty much turn the whole thing upside down to get it to function as described. But since the clamps that hold the top and bottom together are cheap and hardly seal the part, litter spills out the side. Then when you roll it back the other way to level out the litter, a third of it won't sift back through the grate. The waste cut doesn't fit snuggly. Wet wastes--which we all know sticks to the bottom of litter boxes--won't drop into the cup so you have to open it regardless to scoop it. This might be the worst household item in terms of ease of use and advertised functionality I've purchased ever. I would avoid and spend a little more for better quality.

It's a great idea but so messy

I bought two for our 2 cats. The cats use them with no problems. The problem is they leak litter everywhere when you turn them to filter the waste and litter. I have a big mess to sweep up each time. It's a great concept just wish it was made to contain the litter inside the box and not my floor

Pleasantly surprised, and cats so happy

I’m actually loving this thing right now. I’ve had so much trouble keeping up with my cats, but this definitely makes it easier.
I have not had any issues with the screen like previous reviews have mentioned, so they must’ve improved on this. The removable scoop does not sit flush like some have said, but honestly it doesn’t need to. The reason I took a star off is because it is smaller than I would prefer for the cats inside, although they seem to love it just fine. They even go in just to check things out sometimes. Also, the clips to secure the lid on have hurt my fingers trying to get closed, but they are definitely fitted and don’t let litter escape. So overall we’re all VERY happy.

So-So Cat Box

My cat isn't quite sure if he likes it..... it's a little clunky and the bottom on my first one broke within a week.

R : It's a simple design; when you roll the box the clean litter slips through a grate into a "holding area" while the clumps are directed into a catcher bin. After rolling you simply pull out the bin and dump the contents.

R : Because rabbits vary so much in size and breeds, it’s hard for us to say if your rabbit would be able to use the litter box with success. The grill that separates the waste from the clean litter has 1 cm openings, if the rabbits waste is larger than 1 cm the box should work no problem. If however the waste is smaller than 1 cm there will be waste in with the clean litter.

R : The Regular Size of the RollAway Litter Box (the size currently in Canadian Tire) is 20" Wide x 18" Deep x 18" High when it is assembled (the height is only 9" when it is not assembled on shelf). This size works well for cats 12lbs and under. There is a large size, but it is not a current item at Canadian Tire. The large size is great for larger cats or for multiple cat households. The large size measures 23" Wide x 20" Deep x 21" High when assembled.
