WORX 32V Leaf Blower: Bad Investment.

I bought the Leaf Blower and it was fine until it fell on the garage floor. I bought SIX 32V Batteries for 2 Worx products. NOW 32 V Doesn't exist!!! So I need a new Leaf Blower but not unless I go to a 40V VERSION PLUS BATTERIES PLUS A CHARGER

R : Bonjour Alain. Le chargeur 20v ne chargera pas une batterie 32v. Seul un chargeur 32v suffira pour cette batterie.

R : Hello Daytongidoc! Funny enough I was visiting the site to see if there was any equipment that the 32 volt batteries still operated. I own 2, but my tools that required use of the 32 volt no longer run. Please let me know if you are interested in the batteries as I no longer need them.

Q : We are having an issue charging the 32v lithium ion battery, charging light does not come on. Not sure if it is the battery or charger., how can thi he checked?

R : Thanks for reaching out Meg! If no indicator lights are showing on the charger when the battery has been docked, then unfortunately the charger is no longer working. Once the battery has been placed on the charger; you should see a green flashing light indicating it is being charged. Currently, the 32 volt batteries and chargers are no longer available and have been discontinued. We are happy to explore other options with you to get you going with a new trimmer! Please contact the WORX Solution Center at 866-683-7149. If you do not get an answer right away due to our busy peak season volume, there is a call back option so we can call you back as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

R : Actual that is not true at least for me! I love the 32volt and also have the 20 volt. And the 32 far outlasts the 20. Which would seem to make sense. Of course the 20 volt is older by over 4 years but still works. In fact everything works still and have had them for years. The original weed wacker with a battery lasted 10 plus years and I gave it away for the updated one. So far never had any issues with any of the tools I have bought. And they are so much quieter.

Q : can the worx 20v battery work in place of the 32v battery that has been discontinued? I have a blower with all the attachments that I don't want to discard.
