High hopes, but I despise this vacuum

This vacuum makes me never want to vacuum again. It clogs nearly constantly and not for any reason I can see. I've also had the power foot replaced once already because the brush stopped turning and nothing we did would fix it. It's now having problems again but I'm at the end of my rope with it. It works okay on hard floors with no visible dust or hair but that's obviously not the biggest concern if you're taking the time to haul out your vacuum.

I don't recommend at all

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Succion was correct for almost 2 years but I have tried every cleaning trick and nothing helps now. I have to buy another one.

I bought this on clearance and wish I had bought another 2 for gifting… my only complaint, a little bulky to store in the corner of a closet. I like that it is bag less, it is good for open a spaces, not so good for trying to get deep under the beds (it doesn’t stay flat enough when extended to reach way back under mattress)

R : Yes, tools are included for upholstery cleaning along with a brush for carpets/rugs and hard floors. The vacuum is easy to pull as you clean!

R : Yes. There is a round sealed filter in the top of the unit (purple part) that is reusable, washable. I at the least bang it out or on occasion use a compressor to blow it clean. You can also use soap and water but you must let it dry before using again.

R : It’s 12 inches and even though it’s a powerful vacuum the wheels at the back of my unit do not /turn/ roll so so I have to physically carry the base around as I clean. Because of this obvious flaw I would not recommend this vacuum . The wheels appear to only be cosmetic.

Q : What is the decibel number for the unit, presently we have the "other" brand and it is so noisy I almost need ear plugs to run the machine. Everything else looks good especially the weight.

R : No bags at all. The best vacuum cleaner I have ever seen. Even better than the older model Electrolux and way more convenient. Light weight as well no struggling. My husband helps me big time with the vacuuming now lol.
