I bought this mower on June 16th, have used it four times and today it just quit, I checked all my connections and circuit breaker to no avail. I called the service line and was told to return it to the store for an exchange or store credit. This is a pain because I don't have a car. I don't think I will exchange for this product.

Perfect for a Small Yard

I find that those who are giving poor reviews are attempting to use this on an average size yard. That is not the function of this mower. If you have a small yard this mower is absolutely perfect. Yes it has a small bag. We empty it twice for our small inner city lot. It is lightweight and fits through narrow gates. Perfect for the appropriate application.

Great little mower.

Great lawnmower for a small property. It's perfect for my townhouse, though I wouldn't recommend it for a larger yard. Bag fills rather quickly. I have to empty it twice for the backyard and once for the front. Other than that it is a fantastic little lawnmower. Perfect purchase for me.

Certified 14" Mower is a run of the mill mower

I was in need of a lawn mower as my main mower was in for repairs. I found this Certified 14" mower on sale for a good price. I got it home and set up only to find out it can only be used with the grass catcher attached. It had no side shoot and could not be used in a mulching mode either. This Certified 14" electric mower would be fine maybe even great if you live on a lot that does not have a lot or huge area of grass to cut. But if you have a large amount of cutting to do this is not the mower you would want to use unless you like emptying the grass catcher often. I returned the mower to my local Canadian Tire and after making sure the new mower I was going to buy could do what I needed and spare parts were available I used my refund for that purchase. I do not recommend this mower.

Perfect lawnmower for my small back yard. I don’t have to worry about gas. It starts right away. Powerful enough for tall grass too.

R : not the only Certified 13" blade Canadian Tire sells..that one doesn't mount in the same way..I sliced the bottom of the package off and half the barcode is missing..when I returned it they just put it back on the shelf..it's still there months later..I'd lol but, I need a new blade..

R : You do not have to use the one suggested by us. Just make sure your extension cord set is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw. An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage resulting in loss of power and overheating. Details are found in the manual.
