Worst piece of garbage ever!

Worst thermostat ever! It doesn't' interface with anything else and this RedLink is so awful you'll want to throw it at the person that developed it. I can get them to connect quickly, but they never stay connected.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

HORRIBLE!! Does not stay at the temperature you set it to! I have it set to 69 and it always goes to up to 75

Used to be good

Used to work until recently. Device no longer communicates with the "cloud". Nothing changed in my LAN/wireless setup but Resideo claims it is a LAN/wireless issue on my end. Strangely enough Resideo was doing "maintenance" the day all my devices stopped working. Hmm. Tried to resolve with Resideo but it was a complete waste of time. Looking for alternative solutions as we speak. (31July2025)

R : Hi Thundercat, when using Celsius you will be able to change the temperature in .5 degree increments. If you use Fahrenheit you will only be able to adjust it in 1 full degree increments. - Maria

R : It will but it takes some creative wiring because it’s powered by the system as opposed to batteries. A 2 wire system isint designed to power a thermostat. ( that’s why they mostly use either mercury thermostats ). I’d use a battery powered thermostat if you’re not good with wiring and electrical work.

R : Yes.. I have one in my house and one in my garage. Both work on the same Honeywell app. I looked at the Honeywell sight and googled on 2 thermostats on same app! Works great!
