Great machine for a great price.

This is a great treadmill for the price! I’ve had to replace my last NordicTrack after only 5 years because of the tablet no longer functioning. I was hesitant to purchase another but love IFIT, I was very happy to find one that I can use with my own tablet through Bluetooth and also with manual mode functions.

Belt slips since I bought and feels it’s a motor

I bought this a year back and belt kind a slips . I thought it would ok with time and with adjustment but after year I realized it’s problem with motor and it was always there and I didn’t realize. I had rarely used this product and I feel frustrated buying this product.

Q : Amperage, below you recommend a 20 amp system, does that mean its not recommended on a standard 15 amp breaker? The ony 20 amp breaker i have is on my kitchen counter.

R : I called Nordic track customer line with this specific question , the woman who answered the phone said she worked for the company (not an answering service) said "all Nordic Track treadmills require a dedicated 20 amp breaker due to the electronics and motors". She even went on to say an electrician can update or install a 20 amp system. i explained to her this solution is not reasonable and she just lost the sale of two units. someone needs to get their facts staight. Now I see a written answer says a 15 amp is sufficient.

Q : I understand Parts and labour are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase on this Nordic Track treadmill. In Sarnia, Ontario, how would I get a repairman to come to my house to fix it if I needed service under the warranty?

The frame is warranted for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The drive motor is warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
