Item has a nice finish on the outside of the door and a huge ugly black box, that houses the mechanical parts, on the inside of the door. This box prevented the installation on a standard size exterior door with window (it was too big and overlapped on the window frame of the door).

Not too hard to install but had to go buy a 2 /18 Keyhole saw. at least that was on sale at CT! after a couple of weeks, still working

R : I assume you are trying to enter your own user code. Every time you want to change your user code you need to perform Door Identification process and than change your user code

R : I'm gonna have to say that you need a locksmith to match keys for everything. Tbf, you buy one of these so you wont need a manual key very often.

R : Each button registers as 2 numbers, for example If your set up user code to be 1133 it would be the same as 2244, you would press 1/2 button twice and the 3/4 button twice.

R : The first lock we bought installed and programmed beautifully. The second one gave us some grief with the programming. It took a while to get it programmed and we were ready to return it but we tried one more time to program it and it worked perfectly. I think it was human error on our part. The instructions can be hard to understand.

R : Please re-install the lock (remove the lock and re-install it) and make sure to connect the harness and connector properly. After that, follow the below procedure: 1. Please reinstall a “fresh” set of batteries 2. Hold the “Reset” button in the interior for 5 seconds, and the lock will indicate 3 beeps (these 3 beeps indicate a successful RESET) 3. Run the “door handing” function with “default Programming Code 0000” + “0” 4. Lock the lock and unlock it with “default User Code 1234” 5. If everything is good, then the user can proceed the change of Programming Code and add new User Code

Q : Why would you have multiple user codes when it makes no mention of retrieving any saved data from the device. There would be no way to determine who unlocked the door, or at least who's code was last used to unlock. Kinda seems futile doesn't it?

Enter PC -> Press unlock lock button -> Press (9/0 button -> pre unlock lock button 2. And then set up new user code (circle in blue) a.
