Pretty good warmth and comfort. Way too heavy and bulky to bring backpacking but a nice affordable bag for car camping.

Versatile and roomy

I’ve utilized a number of various sleeping bags because I’m typically a very hot sleeper but I always need something to keep me covered; this sleeping bag gave me plenty of comfortable room while still keeping me warm and breathable when it’s cold but doesn’t make me sweat profusely when it’s warm/hot outside.

Cozy For Camping

We got this for my son for an outdoor weekend Guys Trip. Low was only in the 30s and he reported being cozy, comfortable, and appreciative of the mummy style locking in that extra heat keeping sleep restful. He did say if it was much colder (in the single digits)he'd probably need an upgrade. Standard storage. Quality stitching and zipper.

The best sleeping bag you could have.

This has the best insulation for a cold trip. It’s super comparable and we have had this for over 10 years. It has been on many camping trips and held up. I use this on top of our air mattress but I can use it just on the ground and don’t wake up with a painful back from the cold. It keeps out the dampness and moisture always not and toasty warm and dry in the morning.

Q : Care and cleaning As this will be used by our young children for cubs and later scouts, what care does it require (for those possible accidents/spills/messes that inevitably happen with kids.) Aka - PLEASE tell me its machine washable?!? ;) Thanks!

R : Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us with your inquiry. Yes, the easiest way to clean this sleeping bag is by taking it to a self-serve laundromat. Wash it with a mild detergent in cold water. Dry it at the lowest temperature available, or just hang it and let it air dry. Do not take it to a dry cleaner or try to use a standard washer and dryer at home. You can also hand-wash your sleeping bag in the bathtub in cold water using mild detergent. Whichever method you choose, make sure the sleeping bag is completely dry before rolling it up.

R : Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that the wrap-and-roll flap is approximately ½ the width of the bag. So you can fold the bag in half. Hook halves together with loops and toggles if the bag has them. Roll the bag from the foot to the head as tightly as possible. Wrap the Wrap n Roll flap around the bag and pull the drawstrings on the sides of the flap to tighten the flap around the bag.

R : It's a mummy sleeping bag so it will keep you significantly warmer than your traditional rectangle sleeping bag. I have used it in 4 oC weather without any issues and felt pretty toasty.

R : There is no “quick” method to dry this sleeping bag, basically if the bag gets wet you would open it fully, leave flat or hang on a line to get air circulation and if it’s sunny and nice weather, the bag will dry quickly!
