Worked great for a year, now it does nothing!

So the product worked great for about a year then I guess there's an internal battery or something because now it does nothing. Sooooo disappointed.

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t work! Tested with multiple phones. Pairs fine with the phone but does not relay the audio to the car stereo. Waste of money.

R : Not sure if your symptom is the exactly the same as mine, but when it happens I disconnect it from the power source and try pairing again. It seem to always resolve the connection issue. Hope this helps!

R : The BTR3 will unfortunately not allow you to connect your Bluetooth Jabra earbuds to your TV. Our device works as a Bluetooth receiver and your Bluetooth earbuds are also working as a Bluetooth receiver. In order to wirelessly stream the audio from your TV you'll need a Bluetooth transmitter.
