Love this pool

I bought this pool and it's worked great for me for over 2 years. Don't listen to the other people that were stupid enough to actually empty a above ground pool and store it for the winter. You don't do that it wrecks them. Also the pump still going strong on mine all I can say is keep the pool clean and clear of debris and enjoy.

Good size

I bought this pool last year. Kids love it , its a good size for young swimmers. Same as everyone else I wish I did more research. Pump bearings went few weeks after owning the pool. Canadian tire did say they would take the pool back if I dismantled it and brought it back. Far to much work. They would not replace the pump as they don't carry that pump. Also the outbound pool company just gave me the run around so I am on the hunt for a new pump. The filter is fine but difficult to fill with sand. Also it was handled with care leveled on sand and we have 2 holes in the bottom. Expensive purchase for faulty parts so quickly.

5 years and very happy

Great pool. Had it for five years now. Easy to take down and set up each fall and spring. Solid parts. A few small punctures in the membrane now and then have been easy to fix using special pool glue/tape that you can find at any pool store. I think the pump is starting to wear out after five years. It looks like it will cost about $300to replace. Not bad for five years of swimming and cooling off on southern Ontario scorcher days!

It leaked.....

Bought pool two weeks ago, worked super hard to build a flat pad for it to sit on. Pool leaked at the liner seams, company on the phone was nice, but refused to send new liner. Canadian Tire gave me money back, but lots of work to put up and to take down.

Pumps last a year before seizing

We bought this pool 3 years ago and it's been a nightmare. Seam letting go, pump leaks, and seizes seasonally even when cleaned and stored indoors for the fall/winter. Just tried to set it up for year 3, and pump 3 is dead, just grinding. Was properly stored, no explanation for it not to be working. We've gotten 2 years out of this pool and with all its problems its headed for the dump now. Invest in a different pool.

Q : How do you drain this pool? The 5/8 hose connection does not allow for a garden hose to connect? The female end just spins. Please advise.

R : 5/8 hose connection works for the drain valve, please refer to pool manual(page 10) How to drain your pool and long term storage: 1- Check local regulations for specific direction regarding disposal of swimming pool water 2- Make sure the drain plug inside the pool is plugged in place 3- Twist off the cap of the drain valve on the outside of the pool 4- Attach a 5/8” garden hose to the drain valve 5- Place the other end of the garden hose in an area where the water can be safely drained away from the house and other nearby structures 6- Unplug the inner cap of the drain plug to start draining the pool 7- When the water stops draining, start lifting the pool from the side opposite to the drain valve any remaining water and empty the pool completely 8- Replace the drain cap on outside of pool
