Missing Parts

I bought this C700 treadmill and got it shipped by Dec 2021.
We tried assembling the instrument this week on holidays and could see missing parts and not able to proceed the installation further. Frustrated, as was planning for a long time to complete the installation and start using the device during the holidays season. Spoke to CT and also Sent a mail to customer care requesting missing parts as they are not available for call during holidays. Now i need to wait till i receive a response and till i get the missing parts. Went through lot of hassles to buy ship and assemble and now finding out the missing pieces is frustrating as not able to utilize in holidays. Worried if by any chance if this a defective piece. Brought this with lot of expectation. Waiting to have the issue resolved ,resume installation and see how the instrument responds.

R : Diane These handlebars are about 30 inches apart from each other. From outside edge to outside edge it measures about 34 inches. R : You do not need iFit. I had a iFit subscription for a short while but cancelled it since I found it not very useful. The treadmill works well on it’s own like a normal treadmill

Q : Usually on the treadmill after your workout, there i cool down process ( even if you workout with the manual mode). I usually do my workouts from the manual getting, do you have to do preset workout for the treadmill to automatically go into coo down?

R : I’ve tried with preset workouts for this particular treadmill, it just stops after whatever time you have set to workout, it did not go into cool down period, it just stopped. Hopefully someone else had a different outcome then mine.

R : Alicia Some of our equipment have consoles with buttons linked to the main volume and some do not. If there is no mention of this control in the manual (and there is none in this model’s manual) there is likely no volume control for the console beeps. Q : I really like the treadmill. Seems very well built and solid. My question is there some where you can find more info on onboard programs? Is intensity 1 for beginners or is intensity 7? What about calorie burn rate? Manual has no information.

R : Yes, the lower the number the easier it is. Calories uses an average for 185 pounds. The best route is to use iFIT where you enter all of your weight information and it can give you actuals instead of using an average. Your manual should give you details on what it will display on the screen like distance, time, calories, heart rate etc. I don't have any info on the on-board programs. You also have manual mode where you can completely control your settings. Your best choice it to try iFIT. With an iFIT subscription, you'll have unlimited access to all of iFIT’s incredible, trainer-led content. Workouts include high-energy studio workouts and global workout content, so you can get the best personal training right in your home. When connected to iFIT workouts your machine will move up and down, and adjust your speed automatically as you follow the trainer. If you are not interested in using these features hold down the Bluetooth or iFIT button for 30 seconds to bypass the iFIT activation. This puts it in manual mode where you can make your own choices or use the on-board workouts. All iFIT enabled equipment comes with a free 30 day trial(credit card optional).
