Beautiful tree

This tree is beautiful with the white lights, it doesn't even need decorations. It was really easy to set up and there is only one plug for the whole tree. Would highly recommend this tree to anyone.

not a good purchace

this tree is NOTHING like the picture on the box .there are big gaping holes about 7 or 8 inches in the first 4 layers of branches .
The picture on the box is deceiving .
I will return this tree !!!!

The term self-shaping is slightly misleading, no you cannot just take it out of the box and expect it to look like it does in the flyer/pictures online!
The branches for the most part come down on their own with hinges, but some require pulling, and all the actual branches need to be shaped by hand. It says so in the manual and, once completed, looks quite like the pictures.
If you look at the in-store display, you will not be deceived by ornaments covering holes either, there are no holes. To prove this, I took a picture without ornaments, after hand shaping.
Our family is very pleased with this tree, and grateful to have gotten it at 50% off. I would buy it again, and at regular price - no less. It's worth it.

Not worth the money

This tree looks nothing like the picture on the box or on the Canadian tire website. Once it's set up its full of holes that can only be covered with ornaments. The tree is not near as full as the pictures show. I bought this tree at 40% off but if I were to buy it again I wouldn't pay more then $50

R : There are replacement bulbs. The box states the if one bulb goes out then the rest will stay lit, but I haven't experienced that yet.

R : It does require effort, not sure if the person answering actually put the tree up to test it. The branches are on hinges to make it easy to pull them down but the individual branches have to be separated and shaped by hand - which the manual clearly states. Self-shaping is slightly deceptive I think, but it sure beats the old style colour coded branches going into a wooden trunk!

Q : All lights worked, now some don't, why? Put the tree together and plugged it in, was happy to see ALL of the lights on. Kept it on for a while then turned it off. Later on I turned it back on and half of the very top will not light.. (See attached pictures) Help?

Q : Some lights aren't working? Help?! I plugged it in and was happy to see ALL of the lights lit up. I turned it off, and turned it back on later and the lights at the very top wont light. Not the whole top section, just the top string of lights (I think, see pictures attached). Help?
