The cover I received was the incorrect one. It didn't match the picture or description. I had to order direct from Shelter Logic.

Incorrect description/ photo. Buyer beware wite vs metal frame

No where in the online description did it specify "white frame" or "metal frame". In fact, the photo clearly shows a metal frame. When i got this cover, it was for the white frame versin of this shelter. Which has the exact same dimensions, but does not fit the metal frame. So i had to make another trip go return the wrong one snd get the right one... i am not close to ghe city and wastsz a day driving in and out TWICE.

Disappointed with this purchase. The replacement cover was oversized compared to the original frame. It caches the wind considerably more than the original and due to the front and rear openings being a bungee system instead of the original ratchet down system there’s gaps where the wind blows through it. Several cuts had to be made in the base where the poles are fed through as none of the them were appropriately made from the factory.

Q : Hello. Both this cover (037-1623-6) as well as 037-1662-2 say that they are replacement for 10'x20'x8' Instant Garage (037-1105). But one says it is for Model #62680 while the other says Model #23573. What is the difference?

R : This exact one I actually just purchased, but have to return. It comes with 38 of the bungee loops to secure it, not the original ratchets. Also says made for a shelter with a white frame? Not what I have, so needs to go back.

R : The unit is good for all year round as long as you do not let snow build up on the cover. I have had mine out for 3 years now and it is just fine. I have one to store patio furniture in and I put one over my hot tub for the winter

R : Hi, not sure what you mean by this tag number. We bought this garage from Can Tire about 20 years ago and last year picked out this replacement cover; https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/shelterlogic-autoshelter-replacement-cover-kit-for-instant-garage-10-x-20-x-8-ft-0371623p.html?loc=plp. It fit over the old frame perfectly, unfortunately we do not know what the old frame was called but it was a 10 foot x 20 foot garage. Hope this helps, Kevin

R : when the fabric of my shelter became bedraggled after a few years, I simply bought another of the same model for 199, and then used the supports to cut the gaps of the existing frame in half by drilling a few holes. Now there a support member every two feet instead of every 4 feet. I used the straight pieces in the new kit to run along the outside of each wall (put two small slits in the fabric for the joiners) and then used these to tie off the tarp that I threw over the shelter to protect the fabric. Seems more solid now.
