Doesn't seem to be close on pulse readings . I have Afib and the readings that watch gives me compared to my blood pressure and pulse readings from my blood pressure machine are not close . I'm going to read the watch manual and see if there's something I have over looked. If so I will reevaluate my review.

This watch isn't that complicated to understand if you are fine dealing with electronics.
The heart monitor is a great success. I personally had doubts about my BPM for a while, and today the watch caught it going from 102 to 51. It warned me, and I was able to sit back down before any problems occurred.
The O² monitor is great if you want to know your percentage of oxygen that's in your blood.
The stress monitor does it job, but from my experience it isn't really useful in helping to decrease stress, but it does work as a warning.
The exercises monitor, you'll be able to access it once the watch is open and you press on the button. It works best with outside exercises, for inside exercises, if you focus on steps, I suggest putting it around your leg, but while it may help with steps, the other monitors might not work as intended.
There is a lot of stuff like a calculator, a calendar, timer, etc. Those functions could help you with your day to day work if needed.
The theme on your watch can be changed in the application that you'll be required to have, and on the watch as well (but I recommend using the app on your phone as you can see more options at the same time).
The app on your phone will allow the watch to connect with it. You'll get some charts like the BPM or O². It's fairly easy to use if you have an understanding in basic phone use. There is a manual given with the watch if you have any problems understanding where to go and what to do.
The watch can control the music on your phone, but it cannot play sounds.
The notification works well, as far as I am aware, you can't take calls from it, and you can't text people with it.
If you're tech sabi, I'm sure you'll be able to access Google with the options. As the saying goes "If there's a screen, there is a way." but I do discourage the hacking of the watch since it could potentially cause harm to the device.
The bands can be replaced by others, since you can remove them, so if you find a band that is to your liking you can change the original with the new one.
The turning button only works as a button and not a scroll wheel.

Q : Regarding the Heart Rate Monitor, does it stay on? or do you have to keep pressing the button to get a reading.? I bought a watch similar to this one, for the heart rate function, but it would only stay on for a maximum 30 seconds. which is useless.

R : THis watch was advertised as a GPS watch. GPS is useful for following a path on a map... AND for recording a path, such that someone 'lost' in the woods can retrace their path to the starting point. This watch's GPS feature does not appear to offer either feature. In fact the tiny low res route track it produced without any map feature overlays is IMO useless for anything I can possible think of. How do I overlay a real map on the track or vice versa? How do I upload the track to google maps such that I can share my route withsome else who also doesn't want to get lost in the woods? Better yet, where is there a comprehensive manual that defines every feature of this watch, preferably with a video showing how to access them, in a useful context. Cheap product, poorly marketed and supported IMO.
