The stitching is terrible. Broke first use and broke even more every use after that in other spots. The seat buckle covers broke first. Then the zipper broke all along the stitching. Then the strap that goes onto the head rest broke. The plastic buckle broke off both prongs. My dog peed on it once and it didn’t even protect my car. This is the worst one i ever bought. Just garbage and wouldn’t recommend.

Q : Hi! I see this fits most Suv's. I have a GMC Acadia with bucket seats in my 2nd row. Will this hammock work to safely hold a dog at 100lbs if he lays across the center where there is a space between the seats or must it be used to cover a bench seat?

R : I have two labs, I drive a jeep wrangler I put the seat cover on the bench seat in the back and it holds them both . I did put a soft layer on the bottom for the older one. It has to be on a full bench seat, because of where the buckles clip. Hope this helps!!

R : Hi there, thank you for your question. Please note for the Wahl Car Seat Cover, there are Velcro openings for the seat buckles to come through so that you can use the seat belts. There is also a zipper in the middle that splits the cover which makes it easy to keep one side into a hammock style (prevents your dog from falling in between the seats) while the other side is in banquette style where the booster seat can be located. Please note that this will only work if the booster seat is on one side and not centered on the back seat. Hope this helps! R : Hi Nicole, It is hard to give a blanket "yes" on this because every car is different as is every baby seat. The correct answer is "I think so". There are slits cut into the cover to allow the seat belt buckles to be buckled so hopefully so there is room there. Depending on where the anchors are, I think you should be able to make them visible but again, it really depends on the installation of your seat and the anchors. My suggestion would be to try it, it will probably be okay. Sorry I cant give you a straighter answer - thank you for your interest in our car seat cover and have a great day!!

R : Hi Eska - thank you for your question and your interest in our car seat cover. This is a challenging question to answer. Our car seat covers are designed to be water resistant – repelling mud and water- to help protect your car seat from dirt and damage. Given the dog should only be seated/lying down on this material and not wrapped up in it, we do not believe that this fabric will cause a pet to overheat. We would not describe it as "breathable" however as the fabric is a durable polyester. We can tell you that we have sold this item for 15 years, I personally have seen every single consumer contact in those 15 years and we have never had anyone tell us that it made their dog too hot. R : Hi Nics, Thank you for your question. It is hard to answer as to whether this will work well in a specific model so let me try to give you some things to consider. This product attaches to the 4 headrests in a vehicle creating a hammock-like affect in the back seat. If your Fiat has the 4 headrests, that is a good start. You might be concerned about this being too big for a Fiat....in most cars, if there is excess material, it can be tucked down in front of the back seat. Finally, there is a full warranty on the product if you are not happy...you can definitely return it.
