I reviewed this product with the heading, "battery eater"
Wilson replied something about needing temps in the 20's to become fully effective.
First off, I used it in the greenhouse which most definitely had been in the 20's and 30's for some time, BUT, my main complaint was the fact it eats batteries and I had to use another sprayer.
What the H has the 20's go to do with the sprayer eating batteries ??

battery eater

While the liquid does have SOME kill off effect it's not as much as I expected, but, the MAIN trouble with this is that it eats batteries. Original batteries lasted for about a cup of the fluid and replacement ones about the same. I have to dump the fluid into another sprayer to use it.

Does not work on all weeds but does kill grass. Too pricey if not on sale.

thank you for taking the time to comment positively on our product.
Just to clarify, Wipeout is not a soil sterilant. WIPE OUT attacks the plant cell membranes, resulting in a very quick burn down of the plant but does not remain in the soil nor does it sterilize it. WIPE OUT is a non-selective herbicide that is effective against any weeds and grasses. Repeat applications may be required every two to three weeks during the growing season to control new weeds growing from seed and re-growth from biennial and perennial weeds.

Wipeout - does not work

The electric pump did not work so pored it on and still have major weeds & grass happening. This product does not work.

R : Hello Sam0000, Wilson WipeOut Ultra is a non-selective weed killer, so it will kill anyting green that it is sprayed on, including your lawn. For weeds in lawns I would suggest using Wilson WeedOut Ultra, it is designed to kill broadleaf weeds in lawns - dandelion, plantain and more.

R : Hello Beeshum, Thank you for your question. The batteries are replaceable. Use the sprayer until the batteries are drained and then replace with new batteries. The bottle is refillable but we currently don't have a refill option on the market at this time.
