Shower head is poorly designed.

Similar to prior reviews, the hand shower wand is poorly designed. It hangs down over the tub, causing you to hit it when you get in. Overall, it makes the faucet look really cheap.

There is a part installed between the handshower and the hose that is called the “elbow”. This part helps position the handshower so that it leans forward, to ensure any water that may run down the handle will not get under the tub when the handshower is docked. Can be better

We just finished our bathroom in April 2023. My contractor installed this faucet on my roman tub. It's a beautiful faucets, however it can be better.
First: I wish the hand shower does not bending that low. I kept bumping it when getting up the tub. I understand the water need to drip to the tub not on the handle.
Second: Be careful not to let water gets into the hole where the handle rest on. That water will drip straight to the tile underneath the tub, and there is no way to know it. I always put towel around the faucet and the hand shower's hole (where the hose get in and out) so water won't get into it. I wish I don't buy this type tub.
Third: The back leveler switch is not hard to operate. Maybe Moen has improved it from the previous flaws.
But overall, it's a beautiful faucet and we do not see any leaking.

Extremely Disappointed

My contractor just installed the Voss faucets and handheld sprayer for my Roman tub. The sprayer is plastic and the opening cover is round. It does not match any of the rest of the square based fixtures. It looks so cheap. The sprayer does not set in the holder. It droops over. I am shocked that Moen would produce such an inferior product.

The non-metallic components reduce the chance of rust/corrosion occurring with the product. The non-metallic components also help prevent any breakage from occurring if the hand shower is dropped during use. The product has been thoughtfully designed, manufactured under strict quality guidelines for reliable performance/excellent value and is backed by our lifetime limited warranty to the original product purchaser. The hand shower is designed to sit at an angle with the top reaching 7" above the tub side. Please contact us for a warranty resolution if the hand shower is leaning further than this. Diverter lift rod is extremely difficult to pull

My contractor installed this on my jacuzzi tub. The diverter lift rod was extremely hard to pull. Is there a fax? It’s unusable. My contractor came fixed it once, a couple days later, the same problem occurred again. Frustrating. Please help.
