Poor Quality...should not be called an OUTDOOR table

This Canvas Bristol "OUTDOOR" Fire Table worked as it was supposed to...in regards to providing a fire. We covered it with the protective cover that came with it over the winter. In the spring, the finish had completely crumbled away! It is so unappealing to look at that we are embarrassed to use it for guests. So disappointing that an OUTDOOR product cannot withstand the outdoors.

Terrible

Bird dropping ruined the finish. Left out over winter and it totally ruined the finish. Chipped everywhere. Looks like it has been hit with a sledgehammer. Always difficult to light.

Was great at the beginning

We received this table as a wedding gift and it was absolutely stunning. However after just one season of use the starter barely works and we have to fiddle with it for minutes at a time to get it to light. Also the faux wood area is completely crumbling and looks terrible. Previous reviews say if should be stored indoors and this was stored in our garage all winter and covered with the same results as others. Very disappointed in the quality. Do not buy

Poor Quality & Bond CS

Set up was easy; a few of the predrilled holes were misaligned, but not enough to be an issue. Tried to light it and the igniter switch didn’t work (new battery). Attempted to light it with a lighter; flame wouldn’t stay lit when I released the adjustment knob. It’s suggested to hold this for 30sec for the thermocouple to register the heat. Held it for 2min and the flame still went out. Called CS for replacement parts. Directed to the manufacturer, BOND. Was given a 47min wait time and asked to submit “issue resolution form” from website. I submitted the form and emailed their CS department. Sent a second message after 1 week. Two weeks now and no response from BOND. very disappointing!

Just as advertised

I picked this up on clearance, and its just as advertised. Took me about 10 minutes to remove from the box and assemble, which is just bolting the legs on.
I then converted it to natural gas instead of LP. Once that was done it fires right up and looks great. I would not say its going to heat up my deck, but thats not why I purchased it. I really like that it sits lower then most of the others out there, as most seem to be tall enough to fit a propane tank under them. Also like the look and the shape, again most seem to be square.
Came with more lava rock then needed, and a fitted cover to keep it dry.
Only nit-pick is that the cover piece won't sit flush with the table if you put in to many of the lava rocks, so if you put them around the burner and not on top of it, then the cover fits, but I like the look of hiding the burner under the rocks so you don't see the burner, but if you do that, then like I said the cover piece wont sit flush.
