Great portion control

I love these half-cup sized containers. I've been using them for years! Whether dispensing snacks to my young children, packaging up that little bit of leftover food or packaging up snack sized portions of rice, pudding, yoghurt or other delicious on-the-go snack, they work wonderfully! They're just the right size to throw in a lunchbox and shaped to minimize space required too. And they're so easy to snack in a cupboard or refrigerator for quick use. These are, by far, the most used storage containers in my household!

Dislike new design

I have used these containers for years to freeze portions of meals. The new design with the big lip and lid is horrible. It is difficult to stack them in a freezer and the lid and lip of container break easily. Old drain design worked better what was the reasoning behind the change? I'm now in search of some other 4 ox container and will no longer be purchasing these.

Ugh. The redesigned containers are awful.

I had been using the Ziploc Extra Small Square containers/lids for a long time, and loved them. They were a perfect size for so many things and fit great into bento box lunch containers. I ran out of the Extra Small, so went to get more and could only find these new "Mini Square" containers which seem to be the replacement product for the Extra Small Square. The new design is not actually a full square - the container is squared off per se, but it is larger at the top than at the base. It is also considerably taller than the old version and no longer fits in the bento box. Like others have noted, these crack easily and are not as stable as the Extra Small. I hate them and won't be re-purchasing.

Barely used and already cracking

I love this size for my kids lunches, but we've only used them a couple times and 3 containers have already cracked down the side. I've always loved our Ziploc containers, but I'm really disappointed in this newest set.

What happened?! Major disappointment!

I loved the originals, and they need to be brought back.New style = Poor redesign: break so easily- like several broke on the first use; and if not the first use, it was by the 3rd! Definitely not thinking green for our environment, guys! (Most of my original style ones are still not in a landfill though!) New ones don't stack, and if I do attempt it, for space saving in the fridge, they just fall all over. Also, Not a fan of the more fluted design- seems to take up more space and again, diminished the stacking element. Shame on you Ziploc company for trying to save a buck. The new style is junk!! I will not buy your garbage anymore... unless you bring the good originals back. Again, shame on you. I'm so disappointed.
