Love this Wagon!

This is such a great buy. I am a facilitator who travels around to schools to do workshops, and it is so much easier now to haul my supplies and equipment with me. The wagon has lots of room and holds over 200 pounds. And it folds up easily. Highly recommend it!

East set up and durable

Loving the hauker wagon so far. It can hold a lot, is easy to maneuver, and set up was simple!
The only area of improvement would be a storage cover that fits better.

Worth the money when on sale

I don’t know if I would of spent over $200 for this wagon but when I saw it on sale for 30% off it was an easy purchase (I also had $20 in CT money saved so it made it seem even cheaper). We took it out on a long trail trip to North Beach in Golden Ears Provincial Park. It was a great ride on the rugged trail, it went over rocks & roots easily (but we also didn’t force anything). Both my kids aged 5 & 7 could easily pull and navigate it. I would recommend this if you want a wagon that will last and stand the toughness of a family of 4 with 2 boys.

R : Probably not! Most tires, however well made, struggle in loose sand. I would recommend carting your load to the beach, unloading it on the edge of the loose sand, wheeling your wagon to the harder sand, then loading again. Hope this helps!

R : In our case, replacement wheels were not an option because the entire metal wheel assembly broke clean off the frame. Threw the whole thing out and got an entirely different brand.

R : The useable size of the wagon is 38 inches long by 20 inches wide and is 15 inches deep. When unfolded it is 26 inches high and the collapsible handle extends from 13 to 26 inches.

R : • Sorry that you seem to be having difficulties with your wagon – it is not possible to tell the reason for the rubbing without looking at the wagon specifically, but it sounds like the wheel housing may have been dented or damaged somehow. You should be able to return the wagon to the store where purchased, and they can take a look at the cause. Most likely a replacement wagon would be issued – as there is no way to fix only a wheel mount at store level. • As an aside – the wagons are not rated as child carrying devices – please be aware these were designed primarily to carry items like chairs, coolers, picnic supplies – and there are no safety features built in to the item for use with children.

R : You might also like to know that I am 5' 8" tall and have no problem with the handle length. I think someone would have to be over 6' 0" tall before handle length became an issue because I can raise my hand several inches and the wagon is still not close enough to start hitting my feet. (Since the handle is at what ever angle works, raising the handle brings the wagon closer to you.)

R : Thanks for your enquiry into the coating materials used in our WOODs outdoor products. While virtually all outdoor items have an element of coatings – they vary greatly from furniture to tents to packs. Key point is any coating in use on our products meets or exceeds the standards as set by the Canadian government for safe levels. The WOODS wagon you describe does not have flame retardant coating, however many of the camping chairs do. In every case the type of chemical used, and the level applied at, still falls well within the range considered acceptable by both Canadian regulations and CTC level of standards. You should feel safe and comfortable with your purchases – we are also looking out for the safety of all consumers as well as environmental concerns. Enjoy the great outdoors with no worries!

We suggest you take it back into the store where purchased and have the camping department staff take a look at it. All wheels should be aligned correctly, so if there is an issue with the mount or the wheel itself – they’d be able to recommend a fix or offer a replacement if it is a warranty issue.
