Buyer beware

Terrible bought the playset for my daughters birthday. The item was missing parts so i called the number on the instructions. They claim they done make the parts anymore... its 2x4s so i got into contact with canadian tire. They cannot help me unless i load up the entire playstructure and drive it back to there store an hour and a half away. Just absolutly a nigntmare to deal with.

Missing two main boards

Super disappointed after 9 hours putting it together we realized it was missing two of the main beams for the swings. It’s Easter weekend, this was the kids gift and they can’t even use it Intell we don’t even know…..

Terrible craftsmanship. Half the holes didn't line up 2 boards for the swingset were missing had to go purchase the lumber and half the hardware was missing. Called the company and they were going to ship the parts. Told him not good enough as it is for Easter gift. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything like this from Canadian Tire.

Good Structure but a bit of finesse

The kit has excellent instructions I mean really good. That said some beams and boards were warped so it took some finesse to make it come together. It’s certainly a project so make sure you have the tools to do it. The included ones would take forever to put together. Kid loves it yet to see how it stands up to the elements.
Oh yes, while step by step instructions are excellent it saves the anchors till last. DO NOT do that. I planned ahead and sank the anchors as I went. It would be a nightmare to do them at the end as instructed.

The kids love it. Wood was good quality and consistent. Wish it came with a few spares for the hardware, one B1 bolt broke really easily and had to get a substitute from the hardware store.

Q : Hi, does it require exactly the setup like in the picture, meaning for example the slide is opposite of the the swings on the tower or is there some flexibility which of the 4 side activities go where around the tower? Thanks

R : The set up can reversed left to right. Or front to back. But having the slide on the same side as the swings would make for a rather abrupt stop to swinging. Having the ladder under the bar climb would make an unsafe landing area. You can build this however you like. I wont judge.

R : Mine was missing pieces too. Go through the parts list and see what else you are missing. (I was missing 8-10 different pieces) then email office sports power at: sportspowerservice@gmail.com it took them almost 2 months to ship them out but if you put a bit of pressure on them they should send it out eventually. I bought mine mid April and they shipped my parts last week and im waiting for them to arrive now

R : Yes, 100%. I’ve moved mine 4-5x since I bought it cause I have construction happening and it was always in the way. The best thing I found is to take it apart in pieces. For example: 3 large pieces- swing set, monkey bars and then the main piece with slide detached. I was able to move it and reassemble it myself each time this way.

R : Hi, no it comes in three separate boxes. One is only about 2.5-3ft long but the others are closer to 7ft and quite heavy as well. You will deffinitley need two people to carry the bigger boxes. I have a truck and they were easy to transport just had to tie them town into the bed.

R : Hi Brett, you should not be using any parts that did not come with your set. Our sets are designed and tested with the included components. We do not know if a slide from another manufacturer would be compatible. Using components that were not included in your set will void your warranty.
