Here is the response after she says the camera I have is a 3G when it says 4G on the front... pretty sure 4G is LTE and I don't think it's being taken down, unless she's implying that they've just stopped supporting them with spypoint as a company and not referring to the cell towers...
I asked REPEATEDLY to cancel my subscription and she keeps telling me that I can get $40 off a new camera LOL.
I HAD TO HANG UP AND NOW I HAVE TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
RIGHT AFTER I HUNG UP SHE SENDS ME THIS EMAIL WHICH CONFIRMS THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Will not connect to Cell Networks. Customer service most own stock in a battery company. All they can help with is installing new batteries and try again. Went past the return date of purchase while troubleshooting and moving. Now own an expensive waterproof (maybe) camera that I need to go and pull the card to view the photos.
Piece of junk.

So far I have had no issues with this product. Pictures are great and set up was easy, now if I can only find it in the bush I put it in.
