Bright, clear and great for safe night driving

Both low beams went out on our SUV. Wife was working nights and mentioned that the lights seemed to be not very bright when she came home one morning.
I checked and sure enough - both out.
In to the local Canadian Tire and picked these up.
I've used the SilverStar bulbs in other vehicles and found them to be bright and clear.
These are the same, bright, clear and easy to install.
Nice to see well done the road, makes it safe for night time driving, as well as being seen in the daytime..

Do not buy these bulbs

Would not recommend these bulbs. As the tip of the bulb has a thin piece of glass at the top that breaks off and the bulb goes bad. Went to an auto parts store and got better bulbs from there. These bulbs are nothing but junk

In order to meet federal guidelines, our bulbs must be marked with the wattage when operated at 12V; whereas the packaging shows the wattage using the industry standard of 12.8V. R : these bulbs are indeed brighter, and illuminate the road well. However I found they don't last as long as the regular bulbs. They run hotter so they burn out sooner. You will need to check your manual to determine if the 9005 will fit your model of car.
