Highly Disappointed!

I bought this seat about a year ago taking advantage of Black Friday deals and only installed it in my car maybe a month ago when we were ready to use it. Unfortunately my daughter became carsick the other day and I was forced to clean the seat. I removed all of the padding according to the manual taking my time and being gentle. I washed and dried according to the manufacturer’s instructions (gentle cycle, cold water, low heat for 10-12 min). Upon removing the pads from the dryer I found at least two spots that were damaged with ripped stitching/material at the top of the headrest pad where it tucks into the seat. The seat had been great up until this point.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Awesome car seat!

i really can't recommend this car seat enough. I have 3 kids so I have gone through several car seats and we all love this one. My 15 month old is so comfortable whike seated in his car seat. We take very long trips and he doesnt mind getting in at all. He actually looks like he is enjoying himself while travelling. We love the cup holders and its a very sturdy seat that was nice and easy to install. The straps do not dig into his chin and he lives the soft fabric protectors on the belts.

The fabric of the seat , with a lot of padding it has a great quality feel and my child seems comfortable in it. I did not use it rear facing because my son is already too big for that, but it is such a great seat. I felt my son is secure and safe and that is definitely a plus. Overall a great car seat to grow with your family. The only challenge is installation , its not described very well so I struggle a little bit until I find out the way to set it up.
