Poor Customer Service

We did not like how sturdy this car seat felt and asked in store if we could return it if we didn’t like it. The answer was exchange or in store credit only which we were fine with, with how much we shop at Canadian Tire. Turns out you can’t do either. We asked a store manager and we were unable to bring it back. We don’t feel it provides the safest security for our child to be in this seat. Now we’re stuck with a car seat we don’t feel is safe to have her in because we were given false information. Now we have to buy a different one after spending money on this one. Will not be purchasing from Canadian Tire for the next one. Wish we didn’t have this experience. If I could put 0 stars I would.

This base fits perfectly in the back of my car. It’s easy to install and has the harness straps attached. The straps are easy to adjust to any car. Also plenty of of room for other kids car seats too.

We purchased the bundle with stroller and car seat and i will say i loved how easy it was to install! Used for one year and not once did it budge. I would 100% recommend!

We love our evenflo litemax system including the car seat and stroller but the bases for this system also deserve praise. They’re easy to install, uninstall, swap between vehicles & the price is affordable enough to put one in every car you have. The side has a level gauge to tell you if the seat is strapped down enough for the weight of the baby & it’s easy to read!
