Extremely Poor Quality

I cant believe out of 6 Globe plugs I got, only two of them working! One the moment connected to the power I saw a black smoke and that's gone. The other 3 are on for 12 seconds and then they turn off. And they keep doing that. I removed them and added them back and same thing. They are all connected to 2.4 ghz network so that's not an issue. Have never see any electric product with this low quality. The worst of all.

Trash do not buy

Just flickers on and off constantly all day. Recent update started this issue and they are now destined for the garbage because it will drive you nuts

I bought a 3 pack onsale and the plugs won't sinc with my Google and also are turning on and off randomly and even turn on while I'm in bed. Ready to return or trash

I should have checked the reviews before spending ~$40 bucks on 3 outlet plugs. I'm going to return them, I got one paired at first then don't know what happened after that, I tried it a few times and won't pair, then my son tired and I got one registered in the app, I clicked on the icon to turn it on and then message came up "offline". I can't trouble shoot it. instructions are bad, YouTube vid is worse. Looking at all these reviews you would think the manufacturer would do a recall or take these off the market, very irresponsible. Not sure if's the app or the product so I can say is don't waste your money and time on this JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It appears this company does not have a QA department.
