One of the only things that work

I tried using one of those mosquito dunks and they eventually get the job done, but that’s for mosquito larva and I was still looking for an option that would give me instant relief from the mosquitoes in my backyard so when I got this, I was super excited to find out that once you put it out for a couple of minutes it actually does really work really well. I’ll definitely continue to buy this all summer long. It’s worth every penny.

The Thermacell product I finally purchased was $30 more than the sale sign beneath it advertised. I was told that there was a mixup and the Thermacell on sale was out of stock at all Canadian Tire stores. There was no attempt to remove the sign or to move the product I bought out of complete frustration away from the sale sign so the confusion would not continue. Yes, the product is very effective but it was far too expensive! Poor advertising and the response was less than stellar.

Q: Can the battery be replaced? How long does it take to re-charge?

A: Hi, The EL55 Glow Light Repeller does not have a replaceable battery. On the back of the repeller towards the bottom there should be a little black tab, this is where you can insert the USB-C cable for charging.
