Bought this heater and lost the receipt and can't return. The heater does not work properly, It gives off very little heat and takes forever to go up 1 degree . Tried contacting the company and no help there....Vey disappointed in this product.

This can be caused by not supplying the correct voltage to the heater.
Please check with your electrician to ensure that your heater's input voltage is correct, whether it's 120V or 240V.

Heats up the room as it should, like every other similar heater. I bypassed the thermostat since I run the house on Mysa smart thermostats. Nice white matte finish on it.

Q: Can this heater be plugged into a regular outlet or does it need to be installed by an electrician? It says no cord in the product description. Also, does the thermostat come with it and whether you use it or not is optional? Thank you!

A: Good afternoon, This unit cannot be plugged into an outlet, it must be plugged by an electrician into a junction box. The built-in thermostat comes with the mentioned unit, however you can also get the unit without a built-in thermostat and the control with a wall thermostat (not supplied). Regards,

A: Yes we have a model that can be plug in directly into a wall outlet (120V). The Uniwatt model number that you need to order is the following : UAC1501PW.
