No customer service. They don't honour warranty.

3 out of 5 quit just less than 3 years old.
Calls to the company are a waste if you can get through. I thought at one time I had someone who cared, his name is Bob, works in Montreal, he asked for pictures as he would look into it. I sent the pictures the next day and have never heard from him again. Stay clear of this company. It cost me over $200 to replace and have a different brand installed.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It works well but keep the instructions close by as it can be a little bit challenging to program.

It works well but keep the instructions close by as it can be a little bit challenging to program. He does a few things that are a little bit weird once in a while and I have to go back to the book to figure out what happened and it's probably me just accidentally pressing the buttons wrong but it's not quite as intuitive as I would like but it does function well. I do like that you can either be programmable or set to be manual.
