    Connection flaky

    a month ago
    The connection in the accessory (cigarette lighter) port was very flaky. I kept having to rotate the connector and flex it at a particular angle to get it to work. Other 12v accessories work fine in the port so it’s not a problem with the port.

    Shorted My Fuses

    Shorted out my fuse twice in my vehicle, CTC refunded my purchase and I replaced it with a completely different make and model.
