Q: What are the actual dimensions of the carry on?
11 months agoA: Thanks for the measurements Jennifer. At 23 inch high the carry on is too tall for Air Canada Carry on which is 21.5 inches tall including wheels and the strap.

Q: I have this. The biggest luggage from these got its wheels damaged and I need to replace it. Can someone please please give me a link to the wheels of this luggage so I can replace them. Thanks
2 years agoA: The zipper on the big suitcase ripped on our first trip. I returned them as soon as we got back. I believe you have a year to return them. My recommendation would be to return them and get something else.
