are you kidding me?

this product claimed to be something its not. it kept turning itself off during some of the coldest days this season. then finally didn't even work at all. I just bought it to warm up a 8×10 room and it did nothing. only time it felt like it worked was during the warmer days.
so very very extremely disappointed with this useless heater. Come on CT...u guys...do better!

A: No, but this heater you can adjust the thermostat on it to what you need. Everything is explained within the instructions that come with it as well as on the outside of the box that it comes in. I don’t know about anyone else but I tested all the settings as to what it could do when I first purchased it. It heats up my bedroom really well, I have had it run overnight and it worked well. Where you place the heater in the room you want to use it in may make a difference as well. Best advise I can give anyone is please read the instructions that come with the heater so that way you know what its capabilities are. If still unsure then contact the manufacturer for more in depth knowledge.

A: Yes it is quiet but it’s not ment to be left on all the time it shuts off after a few hrs of tuning it’s self you have to turn it back on manually
