Don't waste your money

I paid $6.99 for delivery when I had to walk 8 blocks to a post office to pick up my parcel. Then I had to walk home with a huge box with a much smaller box inside. This is how Canadian Tire treats her senior citizens.

Finally a reasonably priced (got on sale) fan that actually moves air. Most fans for retail at CT or WM are pathetic with the highest setting unable to blow out a candle. You’d need to fork over $100+ for something decent. But not with this one. Also perfect white noise to fall asleep too.

It works fine. It’s super quiet but it’s pretty cheap quality. We bought it to dry hang dry clothing when we can’t hang them outside. It does the job.

A: - Occasional cleaning of dust/dirt off fan blade and metal safety shield - the amount of cleaning is dependant on how heavy a workout the fan gets. - No mechanical maintenance required.

A: Yes, it does tilt. It moves freely up and down to adjust the tilt. No knobs to turn or tighten. Just move the fan to how you prefer it to be.

Q: My fan was working well for a week and then just stopped working. It did not feel like it had overheated and there was no lead up to it stopping. Is there any troubleshooting you can recommend?

A: Check your fuse/ breaker .if good check power to wall plug . If also good return to store for warranty . Do Not Open Casing if warranty is still aplickable.

Q: In one picture it has no buttons on the base, in two other pictures it does have buttons on the base. Does the fan as sold now have buttons on the base?

Q: I bought this fan and as I was putting it together I found a clear, unscented, grease on the motor shaft. Is this a lubricant? Is this supposed to be on there? Should I return the fan? Thanks.

A: there is a small amount of grease on the motor shaft. This is normal and allows for smooth, quiet operation.

Q: Did the fan design change? I purchased this fan in June 2022, and it doesn't have a handle, despite the packaging and this page describing the fan as having an integrated carry handle on the rear.
