Disappointed in Purchase

I purchased the gazebo with hopes that it would provide an area of shade for the summer.. the canvas/fabric tops do not weather well. My personal opinion was that it was a waste of money.
I have decided that I will now only ever get a gazebo with a steel/metal roof.
Replacing them annually is not cost effective.

So happy with replacement cover. Such a great upgrade from our old torn and wore out cover. Had a problem with the small canopy but Sunjoy stepped right up to correct the situation. Thank you Sunjoy.

Not water resistant

Easy to put on but rain seeps through. Very disappointing. I don’t think this fabric was protected. The previous one was very good but ripped after three years

A: This can be screwed down on the deck . The bottom of the poles has plates with holes. But this comes with cord and hooks for anchors in to the ground as well to stabilize the gazebo.

Q: What's the difference between the Summerland and Havana gazebos? They look the same size and I need replacement netting for the Summerland but you only sell the Havana replacement netting. Both seem to be 10x10

Q: I have this gazebo (well, most of this gazebo)... and I need replacements parts; specifically all of the metal "arms" and hub that create the supporting understructure for the cloth cover. Are these parts available? Early snow crushed the roof.

Q: Hi, I noticed that most people are having an issue with this top being too big. Can anyone one tell me the Sunjoy part number of the canopy that CT is selling? Sunjoy has two part numbers for the upper and lower canopies, 3A and 3D.
