Difficult installation

I had a great difficulty installing this because the threaded rod that holds the globe is about a 1/2 inch too short. As a result, the plate that holds the rod, which is supposed to be flush against the ceiling and the electrical box, had to be installed hanging down about a half inch below the ceiling surface so that the nut holding the globe could be screwed on. I had to go back to the store to buy longer screws. I gave this two stars because it looks nice, but the threaded shaft needs to be sized correctly.
