Q: Will the continuous drain connector accept a typical garden hose? What is the lowest increment on the humidity adjust control display? Does the humidity adjust display increment by 1's or 5's? ie- will it display 24,28 etc or only 25, 30 etc.

Bought this humidifier when temperatures began to drop but not cool enough to turn the heat on, not warm enough to have A/C on and very rainy with high humidity outside. Looked at many reviews for different humidifiers from Canadian Tire and other stores. This one was on sale but also had good reviews. I didn’t need the wifi options on other models. The unit draws lots of water from the air in a short periods of time. If I turn it on before bed, it will auto shut off by morning with a full bucket of water. Settings allow continuous or set to desired %. It is pretty loud although you get used to it in the background. But knowing it’s doing its job so well, you really don’t t mind. When not using, unplug, empty bucket, wipe out area where bucket sits and allow bucket to air dry as mold can form. Also the top of the bucket pops off to clean with soap and water. It’s pretty heavy to move to and from different floors if that’s an issue for anyone. Otherwise super happy with machine. Looks nice, not cheap.
