Q: Does this seat use the latch system? (like the Clek)

A: No all you do is just put the seat belt threw the loop by the child's neck and then pull it across there chest and click it in, just as you would adult. The loop prevents it from riding up on your child's face or neck. Added note there is a loop on both sides so you can use it on either side of your vehicle.
